Customer service was great. Was able to have a shuttle to pick me up and drop me off. Now, unfortunately i was given a call by the concierge service who took my info and said that if i went into the dealersh pick me up and drop me off. By no account did this happen, the sales staff was great and did help to a point, but was completely unaware of who I was or the reason why I came in. I understand the sales gimmick, but to drag you into a store, and get low balled on a vehicle, this goes against every part of trying to sell a vehicle. More
