They work hard to get you approved. But, I recommend you go over the numbers and paperwork thoroughly. The finance mgr should reveal all the numbers. I've been going to this dealership for years and have been pretty satisfied with their service. But this time I dropped my car off for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) at appointment time been pretty satisfied with their service. But this time I dropped my car off for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) at appointment time of 9:30 am. They did not finish with my car that day and did call to let me know that it would not be done. I could not reach them until the next morning. When I did reach them they said my car was in the shop and would call me when finished. When I picked up my car they never apologised for not having my car finished and not letting me know. Needless to say I am not very happy with them right now. More
