Chrysler notified me of the need for 3 software module updates so I brought my Pacifica to IG Burton for service. Making an appointment was easy and the work was done on time. When I picked up the vehic updates so I brought my Pacifica to IG Burton for service. Making an appointment was easy and the work was done on time. When I picked up the vehicle, I thought there was another problem because the radio had no sound. The service advisor immediately went to get a mechanic to check the problem but the Service Manager came out. He spent 10 minutes or so in the Pacifica with me and explained what sometimes happens when software is updated. After a couple of minutes, the sound problem fixed itself when the three updated software modules began talking with each other again. Overall a great job by the service advisor and manager. More
