I was acknowledged when I walked in. I gave you my car keys and you gave me a ride home. You let me know my car was ready, and the driver is coming back for me. Poor experience- overcharging and overpricing of services; 2 months waiting time and still no resolution; had to call to get status of progress which was “nothing done”; $450 for car inspection and services; 2 months waiting time and still no resolution; had to call to get status of progress which was “nothing done”; $450 for car inspection and evaluation-RIDICULOUS!!! I G Burton =Money grubbers! All l ask was for AC check and they came up with over $9,000 estimate!!! Could have gotten another car for that. I didn’t need any thing else checked but AC, they should’ve verbally verified with me they were doing other stuff first. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO IG BURTON FOR ANYTHING!!!!👎🏽🖕🏾 More
