The entire service experience in the customer lounge was spa-like, from the plush reclining chairs and the delicious latte to the gourmet chocolates and warm towels. Before I knew it, my vehicle was serviced and ready. I wished I could have stayed longer as I was next in line for the massage. Oh well, maybe next time. I'm not sure how they are able to provide this level of service at such a menial cost. More
