I recently purchased a used Honda CRV (2005) that I found at your dealership through Cars.com. Being a single mom with a busy full-time college student daughter I really needed a second vehicle that was goi at your dealership through Cars.com. Being a single mom with a busy full-time college student daughter I really needed a second vehicle that was going to be reliable and affordable, I already have a "love" for Honda's as I have a Civic that I also found on Cars.com. which is now driven by my daughter. After calling Wilkins Automotive and setting up an appointment, I had the pleasure of Dave Kaplan showing me the vehicle I had called about. Dave truly made this "car buying" experience easy, understandable, absolutely no pressure and he displayed knowledge, professionalism but also kindness and a genuine concern for my needs as a single mom. Dave introduced me to Tom Ebersole who also was very knowledgable, professional but also a "financial friend" as he carefully explained everything to me and worked to get me the best financing possible given my circumstances. My overall experience was "GREAT" and I would definitely tell people about Wilkins Automotive. I am very pleased with my purchase of the 2005 Honda CRV. Thanks, Brenda Hranj More

Service department either is not updated on certified warranty coverage or are trying hard to rip-off their customers. I bought a GMC over the summer and have had a few issues, considering the vehicle h warranty coverage or are trying hard to rip-off their customers. I bought a GMC over the summer and have had a few issues, considering the vehicle has over 50, 000 miles. Nothing major, however the service managers, dealt with two different ones on two occasions, are not clear as to what is and is not covered under a certified warranty. Both times I was told diagnostics fees would be incurred. I am aware of the warranty and spoke to GMC themselves and they could not understand why this dealer is trying to charge diagnostics fees for service covered under the certified warranty. They seem to want to get every dollar they can becausee they want money, since it is covered and they would have to do the diagnostics and work for "free". As a consumer I purchased a certified warranty knowing that my vehicle would be covered if any issues arose and feel like Wilkins only wants to gouge me for extra money. The service manager I dealt with the second time was not very friendly and obviously had little experience dealing with customers in a friendly manner. As a GMC certified dealer, honoring the certified warranty a consumer purchases should be expected. Gouging extra diagnostics fees and acting as though they are clueless on what is covered in order to rip someone off is unacceptable. I will not, and would not, take my vehicle here if it is under a certified warranty. Extra fees and diagnostics fees will be expected even though they are covered under a certified warranty. More
It became time to replace my 02 Buick. I did not have a lot of money to spend. I talked to my salesman Michael Camp in the Used Cars department. I saved enough money with them that I came back and purchased another car for the family. I am very happy with both of the car that I purchased from Wilkins and will tell my friends to buy from Mr. Camp. More
We brought our 2011 GMC Yukon Denali to Wilkins Buik-GMC because it lost all of it's coolant and overheated. They could not figure out why it lost all its coolant and simply filled it up and said it's fixe because it lost all of it's coolant and overheated. They could not figure out why it lost all its coolant and simply filled it up and said it's fixed. When I inquired further as to why/how it was gone, they responded with "I don't know." There was no desire to try to truly diagnose the problem, instead they chose to simply address the symptoms. Furthermore, Greg, our service adviser was extremely rude to my wife and me both on the phone and in person. He would not let my wife speak on the phone and raised his voice many times when speaking to her. He tried to charge me for diagnostics that where not performed and should have been under warranty anyway. Finally, When I picked up the car it was parked in the back of the lot, dirty inside and out, grease on the steering wheel, and the radio was turned up very loud. I don't feel like they treated my vehicle with any respect. Every other dealership I have EVER dealt with has a level of service well above what I got at Wilkins. I give reviews for good and bad service so this is not just a random slam because they made me mad. I will never go back to this dealership and I suggest that anyone else looking for service for their GM vehicle look elsewhere. This is the WORST dealership service experience I have ever had. More
The use car manager changed the price of the truck on cars.com. He changed the price because he spoke with me and several other family members. After fussing with him he argeeded to honer the price he had listed but. he lied to my face over and over. I love the truck. The dealership was clean, professional, and a overall good place. I'm just mad that he lied!!!! He lied about something as simple as 1K. How do I know he wouldn't lie about something else, I dont! Dont deal with the use car manager. Any sale prices you see listed make sure you take it there in black and white. More

As I enter the car lot looking at the Buick Lacrosse I noticed that their were no black ones. Ted Florenz from sales came out and asked if I needed help. I told Mr. Florenz the kind of car I was looking for, but didn't tell the color. He let me test drive one of the Lacrosse and I loved it, but not the right color. I asked Mr. Florenz do he have it in black. He said no he didn't have it in that color but I can get one. I was thinking to myself I guess I have to wait a week. I was thinking about going to another Buick dealer, but Mr Florenz said he can get one in a couple of days. Mr. Florenz got on the computer found a black one and it did took a couple of days. I entered the lot and seen this black Lacrosse I said this must be it. Mr Florenz must had seen me on the lot. He came out with the keys and he noticed the big smile on my face. Mr. Florenz showed me how to operate all the buttons on the inside. Mr. Florenz is fantasic. His friendliness and knowledge made my experience quick and easy. I would recommend Mr Florenz to anyone. More
