After so many year of purchasing cars from you I'm very disappointed in your service. Thank is why we went to Anderson Buick and purchase a 2018 Arcadia Denali SUV. Thank you very much. Overpriced service and damage to car Took my yukon xl in to be looked at. Service dept said transmission needed to be replaced and quoted $4900. Twice the going rate. When I picked the vehicle up the windshield had a crack going all the way accross. They said it was like that when it came in, which is completely untrue. Loved the vehicle and will now be buying a new one just NOT from wilkins. More

To top it off I got to use my free oil change form Buick even though I did not purchase my car there. Really friendly. I was a little nervous with reviews 3/5 but for me this automotive service deserves a 5/5. Great job Wilkins Buick! I will be using this location for service of my Buick moving forward. More

Amazing knowledgable sales staff My daughter was looking for a car and thought she knew what she wanted - a used Subaru Forrester. After test driving one, she thought she should tes My daughter was looking for a car and thought she knew what she wanted - a used Subaru Forrester. After test driving one, she thought she should test drive other types of vehicles, so she drove a new 2017 Buick Regal sedan. The vehicles are quite different in nature. The salesman, Rob Reisman suggested that she sleep on the decision. We returned a few days later and she test drove both vehicles again. Still no decision because there were things she really liked about both of them and they are not really comparable because one is an all-wheel drive SUV and the other a sports sedan. Rob patiently explained the virtues of each vehicle and suggested she think about which one fit her lifestyle more. After a few days, she decided on the Forrester, but did not want any of the available used ones because she was not crazy about the colors. Rob advised her that she could get an great price on a brand new 2018 Forrester for a bit more than she was previously willing to spend and touted the zero percent interest incentive being offered. She selected a color and with minimal haggling bought a beautiful new car. Other people at the dealership - Ronald Romero in Sales and Eric in Financing - also helped her with her purchase. Both men were very friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. My daughter was thrilled with the sales experience and I have never experienced an easier, more pleasant buying experience in my 60+ years.
