The only issue I have is the frequency of repairs are out of order. This is not a Wilkins issue but a GM issue. There have been too many high cost problems and these seem to reflect poor auto design, eg, headlight ,window regulator, transmission.,etc. Price star left blank is reflective of my feelings about the poor design, failures and high material cost. Exceptionally Pleasant Experience! Jesse, my salesperson, was great to work with. He is personable, upbeat, funny, and a REAL person. Young and hip, and plenty respectful to me (an olde Jesse, my salesperson, was great to work with. He is personable, upbeat, funny, and a REAL person. Never get the same tech When I bought the car in August of 2018, I was promised a car wash and wax, took my car in fo the first time for a mirror on the drivers side door. When I got home I noticed my passenger side floor mat was missing and my car had not been vacuumed or detailed on the inside like promised. I called the dealer service department and spoke to Cory, he said that it should be in there I asked him to check in the service area. It ok awhile to get back to me. Finally, after 3 weeks, I got a new mat. On June 3, 2019, I took my car in for the first warranty oil change and was asked if I was getting the tires rotated! I stated, yes, if that’s part of the service. The service tech said. It was. When I left,and checked out, I asked if the tires were rotated, the girl in serviced stated, “yes,”. When I got home, I looked and they weren’t. The reason I know this is because of an imperfection. On one wheel in the rear passenger side. I called immediately and left a message at the service department and as of Wednesday,, June 5, I have not received a return call. More

Unexpected service works out well Received an alert email that my GMC Terrain has a battery issue in the evening. The next morning my vehicle wouldn’t start. Got a hot shot from roads Received an alert email that my GMC Terrain has a battery issue in the evening. The next morning my vehicle wouldn’t start. Got a hot shot from roadside assistance and took it to the dealership. Two hours later I’m leaving with a new battery. It was still covered under warranty so there was no charge. The car was washed and looked great. There is always stress when your vehicle wont start. But even though they were busy, they brought me right in. I was fixed and on my way soon after knowing the service center stands behind the vehicles sold there. More
