VERY satisfied with the vehicle. My advice to anyone coming here... If you're buying a used car here and you're experiencing a problem... record it on video so you have proof... Otherwise the easy answer is "we were unable to duplicate it so we're not going to cover it..." Had some issues with my used Ram... most things were taken care of... but the biggest item was the radio being dead on startup... after 5 minutes or so it powers up normally which has happened to me several occasions... they could not duplicate it... As soon as I took possession of the truck and turned it on the problem presented itself again... they have the ability to get really good deals on parts... it would have been nice for them to step out of the Box and replace it before it totally fails on me... 😫😫😫 More

However, it began very poorly, as they could not find the car or keys from the tow truck drop-off the previous evening. Had an 11:00 AM appointment, booked on-line after breakdown, but car was not looked at until 2:00 PM. Was told the car could not be finished until the next day, but received a call 15 minutes before they closed that it was ready. Communication does not seem to be this dealership's strength. More

The only issue I have is the frequency of repairs are out of order. This is not a Wilkins issue but a GM issue. There have been too many high cost problems and these seem to reflect poor auto design, eg, headlight ,window regulator, transmission.,etc. Price star left blank is reflective of my feelings about the poor design, failures and high material cost. More
