I returned there to attempt to get a quote on a new vehicle - the salesman I met with apparently was fired for “unsavory behavior” no one got back to me I had to contact the manager to even attempt to get information on my appraisal I am deeply disappointed in them but they obviously are having issues with their staff. I had a service appt scheduled, the drop off process took less then 5 minutes. I received a call that my vehicle was done and ready for pick within 90 minutes. I set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two and a half hours. I am not sure why I made an appointment if it was going to take that long.
