( 7/13/2020) I asked the service dept to check the fan clutch on my 2002 Envoy. I was called by the service dept and told it was not the fan clutch but the water pump. Couple of hours later I was called a clutch on my 2002 Envoy. I was called by the service dept and told it was not the fan clutch but the water pump. Couple of hours later I was called and told the fan clutch needed replacing also. I have a feeling I paid for a part that didn't need replacing.(water pump). When I picked up my vehicle there was water on my carpet floor mats. No paper was put down to protect my mats. I'm wondering because I'm not white is the reason I was provided with sub par service and almost $1700 service charge. Needless to say I will never go there again. More
