Absolutely the best dealership I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and Bob Green & Randy Brown took care of me as if I was one of their own. I was in a tough situation with the Vehicle I was in and staff was friendly and Bob Green & Randy Brown took care of me as if I was one of their own. The service writer indicated I would have to be charged, however he worked out the details to not charge me. I was going to fight this because the window sticker did not specify a time limit. After a horrible experience at another local dealer, the Kelly Blue Book representative put me in touch with Wilkins in Glen Burnie. I wanted to move to the next size up from my Buick Encore to the Envisio Kelly Blue Book representative put me in touch with Wilkins in Glen Burnie. I wanted to move to the next size up from my Buick Encore to the Envision. After receiving permission, the Sales Manager Kevin contacted me to come see a Dealer Loaner they wanted to sell. Within 1 hour of contact, I was looking at this vehicle. Salesman Rob Reisman accompanied me on a "no pressure" test drive of the vehicle, while my Encore was reviewed for trade in value. Within 30 minutes, an incredible offer to trade my car and purchase a new one was tendered. I accepted the offer, and put down good faith consideration on same. The following afternoon, I returned to buy the car. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am referring all my friends to this dealership. Despite all the problems of the year 2020, I have an incredible car to provide reliable transportation. What a fantastic Christmas and this experience was certainly one to remember and cherish. More
