First, I had to take busses and ride shares to get to the business, despite the fact that the car was offered online as one which could be delivered to me. Then, after I bought the thing for cash, I supposedly had 60 days in which to get moved to MD, and supposedly people at the dealership would tag and title my car, once I had an address for them. Did not happen. Instead the idiots in the accounting department sent tags and title for DC to me via FedEx without so much as calling me to warn me they were on the way, just before the 4th of July, a full month before I had to get this business taken care of. Then, they had the gall to behave as if I was wrong for being angry that they pulled this stunt just before a holiday, when I had plans to be out of town. So, now, I have to take care of the tag and title business at a Maryland DMV, despite the fact that part of the purchase deal was that they were to take care of the matter. I would not recommend anyone ever buy anything from these people. They actually tried to sell me undercoating on a used car! Small time crooks, taking advantage of the current market conditions. More

I set up my appointment for 1:00 pm and the service department was ready to accept my car. Everyone I came into contact with was cordial and understood what needed to happen with my car. I purchased my car at Wilkins in 2013 and have had all work performed on it done there. I’ve been able to get in quickly if and emergency occurs, such as recently.
