I was very upset - had an appointment for routine maintenance, but a new problem popped up in meantime. I stopped in just to see if someone could take a moment to listen to the noise that my car was maintenance, but a new problem popped up in meantime. I was told that they were booked, and short handed, so they could not help me. I drove a short distance to another auto shop and it took them less than 2 minutes to listen and give me peace of mind.
