I have had three BMWs and by far Burton BMW is the best for service. From the initial call, to check in, to keeping me informed, to the work, and finally getting the car back - all amazing. I like the service when it pertains to the assurance of knowing that the job will be done correctly but did not like or appreciate the price gouging and being quoted different rates for service.
