Great Experience It was the end of the year and my car was 13 years old, showing its age...we stopped at i.g.Burton BMW on a whim to "look" at my dream car. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would actually drive away a week later in a gorgeous 2020 X5. The end of year/under construction deal met my husband's budget, our sales rep, Nate, located an X5 with all the features we wanted (and then some I didn't know a car could have) and away we went. Purchasing a new car was never easier, Nate walked us through every step, explained all the features, took us on numerous test drives, listened to my silly talk about how much I loved my old car, no pressure sales as the car sold itself. Now I wonder why I waited so long! I have never been so excited about running errands and we are planning road trips. Thank you Nate! More

I just paid $52000.00 for this and Manager Kurt don't understand why I wouldn't want it be paintef. They also lied to me that I couldn't get out of my loan because BMW wouldn't allow it , which is not true according to BMW. More

Tricksters *and* untrustworthy Drove down from Newark for a used car they'd advertised. Reached an agreement (cash deal) within a few dollars of their asking price, contingent on my Drove down from Newark for a used car they'd advertised. Reached an agreement (cash deal) within a few dollars of their asking price, contingent on my mechanics inspection. (A) They tried to get me to sign a promissory note for the full price before I took it to my mechanic. A promissory note is equivalent to agreeing to a loan, that's payable on demand, oh, and BTW, the note said nothing about the car, I would just have owed them the money, technically with nothing in return. (B) They reneged, in written agreement, on making some paint repairs. "Oh, we'll take care of that anyhow, don't you worry" ....With these guys, you'd better worry! I finally walked away from the transaction. Wasted time, raised blood pressure, overall bad taste in mouth. IG Burton, G_D bless them, and keep them, *far away* from me. More
