Since my online inquiry, Michael has been extremely attentive. We exchanged numerous phone calls and emails, due to the fact I'm looking for a luxury SUV that needs to fit in my budget. Michael provided me information on various models from Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc. He was extremely thorough and patient. In short, we went with the Audi Q5 and received a way better offer than the Audi Great Neck dealer. But it didn't stop there, Michael dropped off my vehicle, went through the paper work with me, and returned my Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was extremely convenient, but wait, it continues. I had a crack on the driver side mirror that Jeep was charging over $400. To avoid the cost, I purchased the part and I had it delivered to Michael at E-Auto Lease.
