I reached out to Michelle on a Sunday--she took an hour on our first call to walk me through several options that would suit my needs, gave me pricing on every single one of them, encouraged me to go sit in several different vehicles to feel out which one felt best, and the second I was sure about which make & model I wanted, she got to work finding me the exact color and price point I wanted. By Tuesday, my new 2023 black Nissan Rogue was delivered to my home. The up front taxes & fees covered all of my license plates and registration, and Michelle was even able to help me get our insurance sorted out quickly and easily. I now have the freedom of mobility I wanted for my family and didn't have to worry about any shifting weirdness or runaround to get it. None of the numbers changed that Michelle gave me. It was all very straight forward. I will say, the process moves VERY quickly if you know what you want.
