My brother purchased a used vehicle from AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum, Missouri approximately 5 months ago. At the time of sale, he was explicitly told by dealership staff that the vehicle had no p Nissan in Herculaneum, Missouri approximately 5 months ago. At the time of sale, he was explicitly told by dealership staff that the vehicle had no prior damage or body work. This assurance was a key factor in his decision to purchase the vehicle. Recently, he noticed the front bumper pops out while driving at highway speeds. Concerned, he took the car to a certified Kia dealership for inspection. Their technicians informed him that they would not repair the bumper under warranty because there is evidence of previous body workâwork that he never authorized or had done. When he returned to AutoCenters Nissan to inform them of this and request that they cover the cost to fix the bumper, they refused to take responsibility, stating it is no longer their problem. This is despite the fact that he was sold the vehicle under the representation that it had no body damage or repairs. More
This place seems a little shady to me. I found a truck on their website that I liked, so I went to test drive it and decided I wanted to buy it. It was listed for $59,995. After 3 1/2 hour I found a truck on their website that I liked, so I went to test drive it and decided I wanted to buy it. It was listed for $59,995. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting on my trade-in to be appraised and financing, I was told they were ready for me to go to the finance person to finish the paperwork. It was not until then that I learned that the price was not the $59,995 they had on he website, but it was $66,500. I was told that the price on the website was because it had hail damage, but it had been fixed, so $66,500 was the price. If that were the case, they should have changed the price online. I was beyond mad. I did not see anything on the ad suggesting that vehicle had hail damage. This is false advertisement. So, are they crooked, or just incompetent? More

I was told by a salesman (Tommy S. ) that the car I was interested in would be ready the next day: after I waited all day to hear from him. I told him I would see him the next day. I dr ) that the car I was interested in would be ready the next day: after I waited all day to hear from him. I told him I would see him the next day. I drive over an hour to get there and was told the vehicle wouldnt be ready for a week, even though I had already found it on the lot and it had been "made ready". They(Jeff H.) flat refused to sell the truck to me...prejudiced maybe? BAIT and SWITCH? Run; dont walk from this place. More
