Devan was so helpful when buying my used 2024 Volkswagen Atlas!! I made an appointment to see this vehicle and when I got to the dealership, the car was ready and even the seat heater was on for me waiting!!! I recently purchased a Chrysler 300 from Devan Hixson at Volvo of Chattanooga, and I had a fantastic experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt no pressure to make a decision and He answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Devan Hixson to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience.

So I drove 8 hrs to this dealership to purchase 2 used vehicles cause they where the only ones I could find with decent deals and willing to work with me. I ended up buying the 2 vehicles cause the car fax reports looked good and the vehicles seemed reliable and lower miles. Even though the sales guy told me multiple times that each car was good to go and passed inspection and had no issues that wasn't the case. One vehicle they swapped on me meaning they showed me a 2018 vehicle and ended up selling me a 2017 that was the same make and model and almost the same color which was my fault for not catching it till it was to late. The second vehicle was really nice on the outside and inside. But before we were able to take it home the sales guy said he went to fill up the tank and the lights where flickering so he wanted to get the techs to look at it. He ended up saying it needed a new battery which they put in but after we got home 5hrs away the check engine light came on and it was a bad knock sensor causing the issue. Making the car go into limp mode and couldn't be driven but short distance, contacted the sale guy but they aren't doing anything to help or make it right so took it to a local hyundai dealership and they are fixing it. So I think long hyundai just changed the battery to reset the check engine light so when we drove it off it wasn't there problem anymore. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they are disloyal and will not do the right thing if you have issues with the vehicles you purchase. Also seems they don't tell the truth about there vehicles as long as they can make a sell.

Truth and honesty is key to good customer service. I was told the car had been fully inspected and detailed. I'm not a mechanic but a broken cv joint was apparent the day I picked up the car. Nobody attempted to clean/detail the car as I was able to wipe off dirt from the seats, there was food in the cup holders, change in the door panel, dollar bills in the arm rest.
