Our salesman Ozzie has worked with us on a previous Subaru Forester we leased from Mitchell Subaru in Canton, Connecticut. This time we put a deposit on an all electric Solterra, but we found out we would need to do a significant electrical upgrade to our house for the charger. I called Ozzie and he was great in shifting gears to get us into a Forester hybrid that had just come in to the dealership. Ozzie spent a lot of time with us on the test drive of the Solterra and then helped us understand what was new on the Forester hybrid. He also followed up with us to see if we had questions during the first week of our ownership of the car. We will continue to work with Ozzie on future purchases and took his business card to recommend him to a friend.

Incredible dealer experience all around. Kyle the advisor knows the cars, knows how service works, can speak in detail about the problem and the fix. Friendly, accommodating and makes it easy to ask questions. By far best advisor and dealership experience ever.
