Service is thorough and detailed. Technicians are competent and the included video of your vehicle on the lift is really cool. Service advisors are competent and time efficient. The waiting area is clean/comfortable. Curtesy van to bring you to wherever and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Pleasant experience at Mitchell Dodge!

Thanks to Chris, the service advisor, I had an exceptional experience at the Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Ram Canton. Chris went above and beyond to squeeze us in for a service on our daughter’s Jeep before she headed back to college. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Chris even informed us about free oil changes we hadn’t used—something the dealership where we bought the Jeep never mentioned. His outstanding service truly changed our experience, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. Chris is a valuable asset to the organization, and we’re grateful for his assistance!

Excellent all around. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. I bought my Jeep 6 months ago, but just heard about this site and wanted to share my experience. I rarely (if ever) write online reviews, positive or negative, but my experience here was above and beyond what I expected, so alas here I am. Wyllys, Lou, and Paul were all incredible to work with. They understood my needs, offered me a fair value for my trade-in, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. The car was in amazing condition and have had no issues whatsoever in the first 6 months. During the buying process, there were some complications due to my trade-in being registered out-of-state. Lou did all the legwork on his end and made it so there was no extra effort required of me on my end. Lou was also very efficient through the financing process, which I appreciated since I had an evening work event that night. Wyllys also followed up with a nice text around the 6 month mark to make sure I was happy with the vehicle, and just generally doing well. There was no pressure to purchase any additional protection/service etc. This is a great example of the type of establishment this is and the quality of the people who work here. I do think as time goes on, the most successful dealerships will be the ones who make the buying process as straightforward (and pleasant) as possible. These guys do that exceptionally well. I am excited to see what the future has in store for this group. And if I am still in the area in 5 years, I will buy my next Jeep here. Thanks!
