I haven't financed a car for about 15 years so my credit was non-existent. I kept getting turned down at other places and I was in need of a newer vehicle. Granny was the best sales person that I have ever been to. We came in during their Halloween costume contest day, she was dressed up as a Mummy and let me tell you; that was fantastic to see. I myself love to dress up for this month as well. Right off the bat she was relatable. She was very sweet and as it got later and later, she offered to get us something to eat since it was around dinner time. Everybodywe came into contact with were very nice. It's been an amazing experience. While most of our time was spent qith Granny, we got to work alittle with Dara and he was also amazing to work with as wel! Thank you both so much for all the work you two have done and the food! Coming in there with less than stellar credit, and gobs of roadblocks for them to navigate, even after years of trying to get life right - it could have been so easy to feel defeated, and yet Josh and Justin, and the whole team at Zumbrota Ford prevailed! There is somethin' in the water over there in ol Zumbrota, friends - just a solid group of folks. Justin is the smartest hype man you'll ever come across. He's got the financial finesse to get you squared away even in the most unusual of circumstances. If you walk out of his office not laughing - no you didn't. And Josh! Golly man, this dude absolutely moved mountains for us. The way this young man is not only driven, and passionate about people! Just wow. I'm also fairly certain he doesn't even know he's selling cars. He's literally just here to change people's lives and connect.
