Brandon and Jared both were exceptional in helping me find a new vehicle and offering me 36k for my vehicle. I know I wouldn't have gotten a deal like this at the local Mercedes dealership. I was much happier here than other dealers that seemed to not have my best interest in mind. I feel that I took care of my needs and they did everything to accomplish this. When I walked into Zumbrota Ford for the first time, I knew it was not a typical dealership. There was a buzz of energy that was lively and welcoming as sales reps met with customers and conferred with co knew it was not a typical dealership. I was directed to the lobby where there was typical refreshments: coffee, water, popcorn. The difference here was an employee came in and offered me a water directly while I waited. I read reviews while waiting. The General manager was soon amongst us asking who still needed help. He spoke with the family ahead of me and found them a sales rep. There was a woman who walked in after him and asked if we had all been helped. Her jacket said Granny on it. To my enjoyment, I had just read a glowing review on that particular sales-person. Shortly after, the GM directed Granny to me. Granny recognized me immediately and we soon realized we had belonged to the same church at one point. She sat me at her desk and asked me what I wanted in a vehicle. She was attentive and insightful as we spoke. Granny spoke with her sales manager Jason Sands and returned shortly after to show me two options they decided would meet my needs. I test drove the first and didn’t need to drive another. Granny offered me $1,000 more for my trade in than I expected. She was patient and kind as I juggled 3 kids while signing papers and awaiting final payment processing; She even gave my Kiddos toys! We finally sealed the purchase and I am joyfully awaiting my vehicle to receive the 4 new tires Zumbrota Ford is installing. I couldn’t recommend Granny more enthusiastically. Granny, Her sales manager Jason, and Zumbrota Ford as a whole are doing a great job being “a dealer for the people.” We will be back the next time we have a vehicle need.
