Unfortunately, it seems as if customer service has been left to die. Like many people, we too have horror stories to share about car dealerships and service centers. But we actually found a dealership that cares about the customer – a Ford dealership in the small town of Zumbrota, Minnesota. And we want to share our experience. We recently were in the market to purchase a new or newly-used 7-8 passenger vehicle for our large family. Our situation was a bit compromised with an imperfect credit score and involved our need to trade in a newer vehicle that required some extensive engine repair. Purchasing a vehicle is a significant commitment and our family operates under a stringent and sound budget. We thoroughly planned, ran the numbers and had our expectations set high. We needed to make sure that we found the right vehicle at the right price with the right dealership. The Team at Zumbrota Ford made it happen! They exceeded all of our expectations and really went beyond the call of duty to assist us with our purchase creating an overall amazing sales experience. Great experience. We wanted to see a specific car that they did not have. They obtained it for us and we were able to drive it and purchase it. Jason was great to work with and so was Gregg.
