My husband and I had a great experience at Zumbrota Ford. They were very very busy that day having a large sale, we had to wait a few mins for a salesman but were treated very well by all the staff. We have never been treated with so much respect and importance as we were treated at Zumbrota Ford. Not only was our salesman Johnathan Kern very nice and friendly but every single person we spoke to f importance as we were treated at Zumbrota Ford. Everyone single person bent over backwards to make sure our questions were answered and to make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. Outstanding company, second to none! I had called ahead of time to ask about an advertisement and no one was available. After waiting one hour for someone to call back (all were in a meetig that was suppose to be done in 5 min.), I called bac and no one was available. After driving there to view the vehicle, the person I talked to was not available. The person who directed us to where the vehicles we were looking for were parked, was too busy to come out to check on us to see about a test drive. Then a nice young man came out to help us. He got the keys, we went for a drive, we came back and filled out paperwork to finance the car. We came back on Monday (as it was Saturday and banks were not available) and a nice lady greeted us to see how she could help us. The nice young salesman met us so we could take the car in to be looked at by our mechanic. After that we brought the car back to let him know what was wrong with the car, which was still under warranty, and it was not a problem to have fixed. He arrainged for the car to be cleaned, got me a voucher for the gas I put in the car while test driving (3 gallons), got us into the finance person to get the paperwork done. We were out just a little after closing (and the cleaning/detailing person had stayed an extra 20 minutes to get the job done!). Within about a week the plates were in, the mechanical fix was scheduled, and a loaner care was given while they repaired the car and put the plates on. The car has been great! More

My wife and I tried to work with them back in September to purchase a used vehicle. Our situation was somewhat difficult but the salesman, I think his name was Justin, assured me that they could help us ou to purchase a used vehicle. After paying a down payment, which according to their ad at the time was not necessary but they told us we had to, we were jerked around making at least 3-4 different trips to their lot over the course of about 2 weeks to attempt to purchase a vehicle from them. After being told a couple of times that they had located a vehicle and we went to test drive them, along with others on the lot, we were eventually told that we either needed to put down a larger down payment or there was nothing they could do for us. I placed a called to Billion Auto in Sioux Falls, SD and completed basically the entire sale over the phone. I drove over 4 hours to get a good deal on a vehicle and it took my wife and I one phone call and 15 minutes at the Billion Auto dealership and we got a vehicle a lot better than anything Zumbrota Ford was trying to get us in to. Also, I recently received a flyer from Zumbrota Ford about their spring sale. I called to see what prize I had won based on the drawing and the salesman I talked to told me that I had to come in and proceeded to pitch to me how great their sale was. I attempted to tell him about the issue I had with them previously and before I could even finish my sentence he hung up on me. Absolutely a terrible way to do business in my mind. More

I highly recommend Zumbrota Ford! They were as friendly and respectful as anyone I've ever dealt with. They did not use any high pressure tactics and truly seemed focused on getting us what we wanted at in and respectful as anyone I've ever dealt with.
