My experience with Zumbrota Ford was awesome from the minute I walked in the door. Matt Haas was the first person I talked to told him that I had heard an advertisement on the radio and was just checking minute I walked in the door. Stated what I was looking for in a car and what my current car was and could they do anything for me. I filled out a credit application while Matt looked at my car. They put a deal together on a Ford Fusion once I was approved we took it for a test drive I loved the car. I made a phone call to my son asking him what his opinion was and he suggested that I explore other option check things out sleep on it. Which I did do the next day checked out other dealerships and vehicles. It was between the Ford Fusion and a Chevy Malibu (which was the better deal) but after much research I decided on the Ford Fusion. One of the main reason was I felt like they real cared about me and my needs I was part of a family Zumbrota Fords family. Matt wasn't pushy, he answered all my questions, gave me great information and just felt comfortable talking with him. Kristin was also easy to talk to. Both Matt and Kristin were very knowledgable, helpful and great to work with. I truly feel that I have finally found a dealership that I will definitely go back to and refer anyone I can to. I will also, suggest them to work with Matt Haas as the salesperson. Considering when I went into inquire on a vehicle I really didn't think I would be buying a new car. The experience was not stressful and I love my new Ford Fusion. They represent FORD wonderfully!!! Considering I have been a Chevy person for 20 years. More

The customer service at Zumbrota Ford is outstanding! I live in Rochester and drive past Rochester Ford to come to Zumbrota...that's how much I love how I'm treated when I'm there. The service center is always friendly and always provides reccommendations. I've never had to wait for my car for too long. Everyone smiles at you and is very helpful. Nate and Bud are great! Matt Haas is one of the best salespeople I know. He has now sold me 2 of my cars. He treats me as a person and not just a sale. He takes special note to show me all of the great features of my car and makes sure I'm completely comfortable with my new ride before I leave the lot! Kristin was also extremely helpful! She looked at 2 different routes for financing and gave me the best of the options. No other place I have looked at has done that. Kristin is very friendly and enthusiastic and I love that! I've dealt with other dealerships and have felt like a "sale" or they could care less about me...they want the bottom dollar best deal for them. I feel like Zumbrota looks at the best deal for ME and I can't express enough how great that feels! I've never once felt like anyone there was trying to pull one over on me. Fords are great cars and I can very positively say that I will be coming to Zumbrota Ford always! More

This was our first experience buying a car in 18 years and we were buying for our son (his first car). We were very nervous. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to shove a car down our throat. He was truly interested in what we needed and what was going to be in our best interest. He listened to what was important to us and provided us with the information that we needed to make an informed decision about buying a car that would be reliable and safe for our son. Matt also went on the test drive with us and explained different features of the car that would be beneficial to our son and also pointed out pros/cons of buying new versus used when it came to cars. He could have easily pushed us toward a new vehicle, but he was very kind and respectful and even when my husband pushed for a lower price; he entertained that idea with a smile. When it came to financing, the staff were very helpful and did whatever they could to get us a low rate, yet at the same time allow our son to establish some credit. My experience was awesome with Matt and Brent. I drove from Spring Valley to Zumbrota on a Saturday. I was met by Matt and drove a two Escapes. He was VERY informative and low pressure. They say things happen in three's. In one month my wife, my cousin and myself purchased vehicles from Zumbrota Ford. When my wife and I went to Zumbrota Ford and met John Kern we were amazed. We have never had such a great buyers experience in our lives. John and the other folks on the Zumbrota Ford team are incredible. Steve the owner came out and chatted with us when my wife purchased her new Escape. This is a first for me to have the owner of a car dealership be so personable with the customer. This does add to the family feel of the business and this shows in how the staff interact with each other. In my case I was trading in an older vehicle and purchasing a newer used vehicle. My buyers experience was the same as if I was purchasing a new vehicle and this says a lot about this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will be a returning customer. More
