Steve the owner came out and chatted with us when my wife purchased her new Escape. This is a first for me to have the owner of a car dealership be so personable with the customer. This does add to the family feel of the business and this shows in how the staff interact with each other. In my case I was trading in an older vehicle and purchasing a newer used vehicle. My buyers experience was the same as if I was purchasing a new vehicle and this says a lot about this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will be a returning customer. More
