As a single mom of 3, in desparate need of a reliable vehicle, two of my friends encouraged me to check out Zumbrota Ford. I first met with Todd Fitzgibbons who helped ease my mind regarding the anxiety of not having transportation for work and to take care of my family. He assured me that he would do whatever he could so I would have a vehicle to drive home. I believe with the help of Gregg Thompson, they put hope back into the outlook I was feeling when I arrived. I'm very blessed to have had the opportunity to experience such excellent customer service and friendly staff. I love my 'new' car and intend to recommend Zumbrota Ford to everyone I know! More

We were just going up to look to see what they had to offer for vehicles. Todd came out and talked to us. He asked us what we were looking for and we said we wanted something easy to get in and out of, b offer for vehicles. Todd came out and talked to us. He asked us what we were looking for and we said we wanted something easy to get in and out of, but also affordable. WE looked at a couple vehicles and were somewhat interested in one of them. Then Todd was telling us about another couple who had come in and looked and the guy had hip and leg issues and Todd showed them the Ford 500 because it is so easy to get in and out of for older people. He asked us if he could show us these vehicles and we said yes of course. So we went over and looked at 1 of them they had for sale. We really like it and then we took it out and drove it and really liked it even more. It rode so nice. We got back to the dealership and Todd says "well what did you think of the vehicle". We said we loved it and he then says well if we can get terms to agree on do you want to do it. We of course said YES! We got approved and Todd took us in to talk to Brent Skarsten. We got all done with Brent and came back out to see Todd. We were getting Ready to leave and Steve Johnson (owner) of dealership comes out of his office to greet us and to thank us for doing business with Zumbrota Ford. Todd is one heck of a nice salesman. He is very polite when talking to you. He gets you payments terms that work for you. We will defineltely go back to Zumbrota Ford for all of our vehicle needs. They are Awesome to work with.
