I've been waiting to get a Ford Fiesta since the newer ones came out (2010). We finally decided we needed to replace a vehicle we had, and I knew right away what kind of vehicle I wanted, I just did newer ones came out (2010). We finally decided we needed to replace a vehicle we had, and I knew right away what kind of vehicle I wanted, I just didn't know where to get it. After doing some online research, I found an awesome deal for a used 2011 Ford Fiesta at Zumbrota Ford (even in the color I really wanted, Lime Squeeze). We decided to go check it out, and my communication began right away via email with Bruce. He helped gather information to start the buying process before I even got there if I decided to buy it. Another great thing about Zumbrota Ford is they have a couple days of the week where their operating hours run later in the day, so I was able to go there after work on a weekday to check it out! We got there and were greeted right at the door, and were introduced to our salesman, Matt. He was very helpful, nice, and informative with the company and the vehicles, and I can't wait to recommend him to my friends when they start car shopping! He gave a great "tour" of the Fiesta before and during our test drive. When we decided to commit to the buy, we worked with Adam to find a payment plan and extended warranty coverage that works well for us. He gave great options, and helped us find ways to save some money! The entire experience with Zumbrota Ford was amazing, and they have a loyal customer in us, for sure! More

This is my second time purchasing a car from Matt in the past 3 years. He made us feel very comfortable both times when purchasing. We were just going up to look to see what they had to offer for vehicles. Todd came out and talked to us. He asked us what we were looking for and we said we wanted something easy to get in and out of, b offer for vehicles. Todd came out and talked to us. He asked us what we were looking for and we said we wanted something easy to get in and out of, but also affordable. WE looked at a couple vehicles and were somewhat interested in one of them. Then Todd was telling us about another couple who had come in and looked and the guy had hip and leg issues and Todd showed them the Ford 500 because it is so easy to get in and out of for older people. He asked us if he could show us these vehicles and we said yes of course. So we went over and looked at 1 of them they had for sale. We really like it and then we took it out and drove it and really liked it even more. It rode so nice. We got back to the dealership and Todd says "well what did you think of the vehicle". We said we loved it and he then says well if we can get terms to agree on do you want to do it. We of course said YES! We got approved and Todd took us in to talk to Brent Skarsten. We got all done with Brent and came back out to see Todd. We were getting Ready to leave and Steve Johnson (owner) of dealership comes out of his office to greet us and to thank us for doing business with Zumbrota Ford. Todd is one heck of a nice salesman. He is very polite when talking to you. He gets you payments terms that work for you. We will defineltely go back to Zumbrota Ford for all of our vehicle needs. They are Awesome to work with.
