I've been waiting to get a Ford Fiesta since the newer ones came out (2010). We finally decided we needed to replace a vehicle we had, and I knew right away what kind of vehicle I wanted, I just did newer ones came out (2010). We finally decided we needed to replace a vehicle we had, and I knew right away what kind of vehicle I wanted, I just didn't know where to get it. After doing some online research, I found an awesome deal for a used 2011 Ford Fiesta at Zumbrota Ford (even in the color I really wanted, Lime Squeeze). We decided to go check it out, and my communication began right away via email with Bruce. He helped gather information to start the buying process before I even got there if I decided to buy it. Another great thing about Zumbrota Ford is they have a couple days of the week where their operating hours run later in the day, so I was able to go there after work on a weekday to check it out! We got there and were greeted right at the door, and were introduced to our salesman, Matt. He was very helpful, nice, and informative with the company and the vehicles, and I can't wait to recommend him to my friends when they start car shopping! He gave a great "tour" of the Fiesta before and during our test drive. When we decided to commit to the buy, we worked with Adam to find a payment plan and extended warranty coverage that works well for us. He gave great options, and helped us find ways to save some money! The entire experience with Zumbrota Ford was amazing, and they have a loyal customer in us, for sure! More
