This is our second time within 14 months that we have purchased from this dealership. After the great experience we had the last time we purchased a new vehicle, we knew Zumbrota Ford was the place we w purchased from this dealership. He took his time and explained all the features of the vehicle to us before we left the car lot. The Finance Department and Management staff were also extremely helpful in explaining all the steps of the finance process. The service was excellent! We were greeted right away and felt "no pressure" to buy. Drew did excellent in answering our questions and kept us entertained while all the paperwork was being worked on. We didn't want to go over a certain monthly payment and they were able to work with us to gain this! They parts department was also great! We had one small issue with the vehicle as we were driving home. I called and explained the situation. They told me to bring it back on Monday and they fixed it free of charge and threw in an oil change. I would highly recommend Zumbrota Ford to my family and friends. Richard Jack immediately greeted me and introduced himself. He asked what my car needs were. I told him this probably isnt going to be easy as i owed a fair amount of money on my trade.
