My car buying experience wit Todd Fitzgibbons at Zumbrota Ford was seamless! I called on a Friday night told Todd what I was looking for, I arrived Saturday morning to find the new car waiting. The moment I sat in the car I knew it was what I wanted. Todd explained all the features to me and took me for a test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership he got us a cold pop and the kids some coloring books while we talked. Todd offered to see if Zumbrota Ford's financing team could meet to beat our already preapproved rate with an outside source. They were able to meet it so we financed through them. The process was seamless and I was driving home in my new car in less than 3 hours! Todd is great to do business with! We have bought several cars from him and will always go back to him! More

I had a great experience with Zumbrota Ford. Over the 5 days I worked with them I looked at 7 different vehicles with them. They worked very hard to find financing for me even knowing I did not have the be days I worked with them I looked at 7 different vehicles with them. They worked very hard to find financing for me even knowing I did not have the best credit score (my credit report shows they applied for credit with 7 different lenders). When they did get me approved, they put together a list of vehicles that met the requirements I was looking for and I was already approved for financing. All they left for me was deciding which car I liked the best. I picked out a great Mazda and did the paperwork and agreed on some work that needed to be done before I took the car. They gave me a loaner car for the weekend and delivered the car on Monday. I had nothing but the greatest of experiences with Zumbrota Ford and will strongly recommend them to anyone. More
