I first purchased a 2013 Ford Focus back in October of 2012. My experience was very successful at that time. Everyone at that time was great to work with when purchasing the Ford Focus. Just last week my fiancé and I had decided to trade the 2013 Ford Focus in for something a little bigger so she had decided to look at a Ford Escape. Not knowing that I would be able to get into a brand new 2014 Ford Escape until Adam in the business department had told me the next day that I could get into this with payments that would fit my budget. Matt Haass was our salesperson that did a very wonderful job at showing us what we were going to be getting into and it was a beautiful vehicle. After hearing Zumbrota Fords commercial on the radio all the time we decided when it was time for our next vehicle purchase to give them a chance. From the second we walked into the door to the time we drove off the lot in our newer vehicle the way we were treated was amazing! Every single person we came in contact with treated us with friendliness and respect the 2 people we dealt with most were Matt (our salesmen) and Adam, who did the financing for us. With very less then perfect credit we never thought we would be able to get approved for a loan, not only were we approved for a loan but for one at a bank that will help our credit scores and for a large enough amount to be able to purchase the vehicle we came in to buy. Thanks Adam for working your magic! =) Matt was very, very helpful at answering all our questions and had the knowledge and friendliness to make our experience very positive. Bruce who went over our online credit application was very friendly and kept us informed on what was the process. We have bought several vehicles in the past and this is the best experience we have yet to have. Needless to say, we already know where we will be going to make our next vehicle purchase and like we talked about with Matt after paying off our loan we currently have we are hoping our credit scores come around so the next time we come in we will be walking out or should I say "driving out" with a brand new vehicle!
