So not to long ago I went to another dealership in desperate need of a vehicle and ended up with a 2006 Cadillac SRX and I was very thankful, less than a week of having the car, it broke down on me, n desperate need of a vehicle and ended up with a 2006 Cadillac SRX and I was very thankful, less than a week of having the car, it broke down on me, now mind you I was dealing with a buy here pay here with in house financing, come to find out it was the starter, during the process of getting the started fixed on the 2006 Cadillac SRX, the company gave me a rental to you, which also had issues, well I went to meet someone for an appointment last Friday 10/21/22 and we happened to start talking about cars and I began to express the issues that I was dealing with from the leasing dealership I was dealing with at the time, and she said "I HAVE SOMEONE YOU CAN CONTACT" AND THEY CAN WORK WITH YOU NO MATTER YOUR INCOME OR CREDIT... I told her no, I don't believe any dealership would work with me , and I explained my income concern along with my credit concern and she said "I PROMISE THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU " so she handed me the business card and she said call "GO2GRANNY" AND I PROMISE YOU WILL LEAVE OFF THE CARLOT IN A PRACTICALLY NEW CAR, and I said no way! So Tuesday afternoon which was 10/25/2022 I gave GO2GRANNY a call at Zumbrota Ford Dealership we set up an appointment to come in on Friday at 9 am, so I came and also before I came I expressed my concerns about my credit and my income and the issues I was having with my car I just only had for 2 weeks, she said come in and I promise you will leave off the lot in the car just right for you, so here I am today 10/28/2022 at the dealership with sales person Kevin Taylor and here I am getting ready to leave off the parking lot in a 2016 buick enclave.. I am literally sitting here and got approved for the car as I am writing this review and whe. I tell you everyone here at this dealership worked with me to get I to a safe car for me and my kids. I have to thank them personally by name... I thank GRANNY...I THANK KEVIN TAYLOR.. I THANK RYAN CHAMPION...I THANK JARED MAES...I THANK STEVE JOHNSON AND I THANK KRISTEN JOHNSON.if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to say I finally have a car worth paying for if it wasnt for this great team I will still be dealing with junky dealership that hide the truth.. and Zumbrota Ford is nothing but the truth! My boyfriend and I stopped in last week just to look, not intending on purchasing a vehicle, just to look and kill time. We were approached by a really nice young man (Kevin) who was extremely helpful and d intending on purchasing a vehicle, just to look and kill time. Like I said we were not intending on buying anything that day but Kevin and the team (Jared, Adam, and Kayleigh) made him a really good offer on his current vehicle and made it possible for him to get his new dream truck! Not only that, I have been thinking about selling my car for awhile so I asked if they would be interested, long story short, they offered me a really good price for my car which helped me out tremendously. This is the first time we had done business with Zumbrota Ford and are extremely happy with the kindness, fairness and professionalism we received that day. I was really impressed by Kevin, being a young man in his early 20’s he was very professional and helpful, we could really tell he enjoyed his job, more so he enjoyed working there!
