Todd and Adam deserve an extra bit of praise for staying past close the first time I came in. They didn't pressure us to get into something we couldn't afford. When I declined at first they didn't get upset or pressure us either. Came back a couple weeks later and was treated like an old friend. All around a great experience. More

Todd went out of his way to explain all of the features before we bought, then helped us walk through them when we picked up the vehicle. From setting up Sync with my phone to programming a few features, he was a great help and fun to work with. I would recommend Zumbrota Ford to all of my friends. Lie to get you in the door 3 times I have never wrote one of these but after the 3rd run around I have had enough of this fake we care about you crap.. I called them on Friday with what I have never wrote one of these but after the 3rd run around I have had enough of this fake we care about you crap.. I called them on Friday with what I had for down payment and for credit and trade in. And they said no problem they could help, but just like the last time I dealt with them, they make me drive an hour to tell me they need more money down.. Put you into something you don't want. I don't have the greatest credit and they assured me that wasn't an issue. Said I was pre approved. Bruce is who I was scheduled to see but he was no where so we got this little arrogant jerk I believe his name was Matt and a rude salesman who basically called us losers because are credit wasn't the greatest told me no other dealership would deal with us and to go to cars and credit and get screwed by them. I was shocked when the salesman came back out and continued to be a complete jerk. No other dealership will deal with us take the crap sandwich and like it.. They are rude cruel people. I would never recommend anyone deal with them unless you have perfect credit and 2000 cash down for a 5000 car not worth the 2 grand down... More

Bruce and Adam are Awesome :) I needed a new car ASAP, but I wasn't sure what I wanted (besides affordable) . Bruce walked around the lot with me, asked me questions to help narrow I needed a new car ASAP, but I wasn't sure what I wanted (besides affordable) . Bruce walked around the lot with me, asked me questions to help narrow down my search, and answered all of my question. Bruce was awesome to work with: friendly, outgoing, fun, and knowledgeable. Then I met with Adam to get financing for my car, I was pre-approved for a loan through my bank, but Adam was able to find a better offer for me and get me a great deal for my trade. Thanks, Bruce and Adam, I love my Ford Fusion :) More
