At home, I followed all instructions online, downloaded required files, unzipped, and tried to install update on truck. Update started, then Black screen and nothing worked. Todd Fitzgibbons went way beyond normal help, found the problem with the update (flash drive issue & issue with unzipping files), fixed the problem and got me on my way. . Very Satisfied! More

Beyond Happy! The winter was rough last year and I knew the time had come for me to get a new vehicle. During my research in finding the right vehicle for myself and going to different car dealers in Rochester, I never considered a Ford until I test drove a 2015 Escape SE. I fell in love, especially in Impact Blue. What lead me to Zumbrota Ford was dealers in Rochester sold a vehicle right from under me, and knowing I was coming in to buy. Then telling me it was near impossible to get a 2015 Escape in Impact Blue. My mother suggested I visit Zumbrota Ford and there I meet Todd Fitzgibbons a pleasant and very helpful man. I listed all the must haves and I especially expressed the exterior color had to be Impact Blue. Todd asked if I and my parents wanted to test drive a similar vehicle that meet most of my requirements in the interior. We agreed to test drive the vehicle again and the experience was so helpful. Todd explain in more detail about the different options and functions with the 2015 Ford Escape SE. I learned more information from Todd than all the car dealers combined. Before our test drive was over, my decision was very easy. It was a challenge, but Todd worked hard and never gave up in finding my vehicle. I am now a proud first time ownership of a brand new vehicle, 2015 Ford Escape SE in Impact Blue. He showed us what they had, test drove, and fell in love with the Equinox. Going car shopping has always been stressful because of pushy salesman, the feeling that if a person wasn't there to buy a $30, 000 vehicle then they weren't really worth dealing with. However; talking with Chris and Adam about what we were looking for, the price range we wanted, they made us feel top priority. Chris gave us a tour of the whole facility, which nobody has ever done before, offered us something to drink, eat, etc. The treatment we received at Zumbrota Ford was up and beyond any other dealership I've dealt with in previous years. There's a reason they've been voted #1 for two years in a row, and I have a feeling they'll have a 3rd! I can honestly say that if and when I have to look for another vehicle I won't go shopping around.....Zumbrota Ford will be the only place I look and deal with from now on. "First Time For Everything" I apologize for being a bit long winded but when I'm happy, it's hard to silence me. I visited four dealers in Rochester, Minnesota(my hometown). With I apologize for being a bit long winded but when I'm happy, it's hard to silence me. I visited four dealers in Rochester, Minnesota(my hometown). With all four, I experienced all or part of the following; waited for a long time to be spoken to, attacked as I drove on the lot(pushy salespersons), pushed in a direction I was not interested in, knew nothing about the vehicle they were trying to sell me, rude, judgemental and basically the word "CAN'T" constantly verses "CAN". As I am about to give up and try again when I had more time and less frustration, a friend of mine said:....."Go To Zumbrota Ford". I called Zumbrota Ford and was immediately put on the phone with Todd Fitzgibbons. I told him that I would swing up there tomorrow to chat. When I got there, he was at lunch. They called his cell phone. He was back at the dealership in five minutes to meet with me since I was on my lunch break. WOW!! I told him specific requests and that I would not budge from them. He understood.....Which car I want, how much I will pay down, what intrest rate I want, how many years financing and a few other things. He said o.k., I'll call you in a while. I laughed as I left the dealership to go back to work, knowing I ask the impossibe after hearing the word "CAN'T" over and over. Three hours later, Todd Fitzgibbons calls me and says....."Come Pick Your Color":) My jaw hit the floor. Excited as I was, I called and asked what time they were closing? I would not make it in time. They said come on up, Todd and the finance guy would stay late for me. In less than thirty minutes, I completed financial paperwork, had coffee and snack and threw a football accross the room into a hole in a net in which I won a brand new 32" wide screen t.v. for free!!!!! WOW!!!!! Because it was late, the detail department was gone for the day. I was given two options.....take the car now and bring it back tomorrow for detailing or Todd said he would pick me up the next day and bring me up to drive my new car home thirty minutes away. WOW!!!!! My daughter ended up taking me the next day to pick it up. When I got there, my car was on display out front, detailed top to bottom, full tank of gas and it was running and warmed up. Really cold that day. It does not matter which catagory someone wants me to rate. EVERY one of them would be five stars.....100% perfection. I purchased a brand new 2014 fully loaded Ford Escape and I LOVE IT!!!!! Thank you soooo much Zumbrota Ford and Todd Fitzgibbons for the best car purchase experience that I've had in thirty five years. P.S. No one ever used the word "CAN'T" even once.:) More
