Great sales experience!!!!! I spent a great deal of time on the internet looking for a small SUV to replace my 2007 Toyota Rav4. Found many great reviews on the 2015 Ford Escap I spent a great deal of time on the internet looking for a small SUV to replace my 2007 Toyota Rav4. Found many great reviews on the 2015 Ford Escape which encouraged me to seriously consider visiting Zumbrota Ford to what they had to offer in regards to finding me a new vehicle. Well to my surprise Ford sent me an email offer of a $750 good customer rebate along with offering a very generous rebate and 0% financing on a 2015 Escape. So my wife and I drove on up to Zumbrota and took a test drive of a Escape with Eric Ruthig. Unfortunately the Escape we looked at was not exactly what we wanted but Eric did a quick search on the internet and found the exact vehicle we wanted. The sales people at Zumbrota went the extra mile and found a car on their lot that was the color of Sunset which sold me as the vehicle we wanted to own. Well now came the time to talk about doing a trade-in of two vehicles for this new Escape (and one of them was a Can Am Spyder). Chris, Eric, and Tim worked hard to make the Can Am trade in work and I can happy say that I am a owner of 2015 Ford Escape on New Years eve. I left the Zumbrota dealership a very happy customer and I can say that my sale interaction with Eric, Chris, and Tim was a very pleasant experience.
