After a few not so great experiences with other dealerships, my wife and I decided to take his advise. A couple of years ago we bought a new 2012 Fusion and Todd Fitzgibbons was our sales person, the car has been excellent. With a growing family and personal health issues we needed another vehicle. The health issues pushed us into getting another vehicle sooner than expected. We went back to Zumbrota Ford, explained to Chris Hayes about our situation and he went to work. Chris showed us vehicle after vehicles and after days of debating between my wife and I, we finally made a decision. We could never thank Chris enough for his hard work and patience with us, Todd and Kelly were awesome team players as well.
