They didn't try to sell me a different color car because they really listened to what I wanted. and they found the color I wanted.... Lets face it buying a new or used car is a big deal- we all work hard for our money and want a good value and we want to be treated with respect. I got all of that and then some with Zumbrota Ford. I had ALOT of questions for Chris- he got back to me right away when I left a message and was kind and attentive to my questions and needs. Great follow up 5 days after I bought the car as well- they wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and did I have any questions. I really cant say one thing that I would have changed about the whole experience. They worked hard for me and I believe they will for you as well. When we walked in we were greeted warmly by Rick and Chris. We began reviewing what type of vehicle would be right for my son, originally thinking of a small - medium SUV. After completing the paperwork, we looked at prices and monthly payments and decided to look at a Chevy Impala, with 50,000 miles, and in excellent condition, with payments my son can afford. We also mad arrangements to have his hand controls transferred to the new car, I was given a "loaner" car until we are able to pick up my son's new car on 5/19/15. Both of us were extremely impressed with the professionalism and genuine concern by all the people at Zumbrota Ford to make sure we found just the right car to meet my sons needs. They were very patient, listened to what we wanted and made this car buying experience totally enjoyable, with no pressure or slick salesmanship. They are truly professionals in what they do. They are also able to provide us with continued auto service after the sale by offering us a variety of discounts, service specials and other perks. Got a fun car for an awesome price! I had my car into the shop for some body work and for fun me and a friend decided to stop in at Zumbrota Ford and see what they had and at the end of I had my car into the shop for some body work and for fun me and a friend decided to stop in at Zumbrota Ford and see what they had and at the end of the first row was a beautiful Grabber Blue Ford Mustang. Several weeks ago my mother and I drove into the Zumbrota Ford lot hoping to take a casual look at several used Ford Escapes I had seen online and cha Several weeks ago my mother and I drove into the Zumbrota Ford lot hoping to take a casual look at several used Ford Escapes I had seen online and chat about trade-in possibilities. We were promptly greeted in the parking lot by salesman Armando Ramirez and were out on the road test driving each vehicle within 20 minutes of pulling into the lot. I have been a serial leaser in the past and was a little skeptical of purchasing a used vehicle. After informing Armando of my price limit and "must haves" we easily settled on a vehicle that went above and beyond my expectations. After hearing about the dealerships amazing service benefits and optional extended warranties, I was sold. At this point it was time to talk trade-in value. Let me preface that at this point, I had already been to three other dealerships that did not even come close to the value I felt was appropriate for my vehicle. Well as he said, Armando truly did make an offer I could not refuse. That was it, it was time to look into financing. Armando set me up with Jason Wuorenma who worked his financing magic and even helped with some free advice regarding a previous issue I was having. All-in-all I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership and can not imagine going anywhere else in the future.
