They didn't try to sell me a different color car because they really listened to what I wanted. and they found the color I wanted.... Lets face it buying a new or used car is a big deal- we all work hard for our money and want a good value and we want to be treated with respect. I got all of that and then some with Zumbrota Ford. I had ALOT of questions for Chris- he got back to me right away when I left a message and was kind and attentive to my questions and needs. Great follow up 5 days after I bought the car as well- they wanted to make sure I was happy with the car and did I have any questions. I really cant say one thing that I would have changed about the whole experience. They worked hard for me and I believe they will for you as well.
