AMAZING!! I brought my car in to have serviced and happened to fall in love with another vehicle on the lot. However, it didn't quite have all the features I en I brought my car in to have serviced and happened to fall in love with another vehicle on the lot. However, it didn't quite have all the features I enjoyed in my current car. Instead of telling me to look elsewhere or wait for the car to arrive, the sales and finance staff worked hard to literally build a car to my liking and price range and ordered it direct from factory!!! Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful had fantastic attitudes and answered every question (sometimes twice)! At no point in time did I feel pressured or like they were just trying to get my money, Zumbrota Ford was, and IS so accommodating and gave me regular updates while I waited for the delivery of the vehicle! I will not go to any other place for service or vehicle needs than Zumbrota Ford! More

A weight off my shoulders After having so much trouble with the car I'd been driving, I saw a used car that would work perfect for me on Zumbrota Ford's website. I didn't call, After having so much trouble with the car I'd been driving, I saw a used car that would work perfect for me on Zumbrota Ford's website. I didn't call, I just drove over and Eric met me outside and helped me through the process. My car was trouble and had been since I bought it a year and 1/2 ago and I needed something fast. Most dealers would try to talk a person into buying a new car. Eric took me at my word that I only had so much to work with and that was it. Todd went out and looked at my car while Eric and I talked and everything turned out to my satisfaction. I know they gave me more than my car was worth,,,,,, because at that point, I wasn't sure how far it would still drive. It was a weight off my shoulders when I left with my Hyundai Tucson. I had a road trip the very next day and it ran beautifully. I wasn't worried about whether it was going to make it or not. Thanks Eric and Todd and Kelly, everyone that made my visit easy. More

great teamwork at this dealership we went to Zumbrota Ford to get an oil change for our 2012 Ford Fusion which we had bought there almost 4 years ago, and while we were waiting we were we went to Zumbrota Ford to get an oil change for our 2012 Ford Fusion which we had bought there almost 4 years ago, and while we were waiting we were approached by a couple different salesman asking how we were, etc., and then Tim asked if we would like to test drive this Fusion Titanium while we were waiting. Well, we loved the car, and we thought, what the heck, let's see what kind of deal we could work out. So Tim crunched some numbers for us and we were able to get financing, so we drove home in our new Fusion. We were treated with respect, everyone there was super friendly and nice. We have been customers there for several years and even tho it costs us more money when we go there (I mean like buying a car when we just needed an oil change!) we will go back there. Good people work there! Thanks to Tim Joyce for a pleasant experience!! And the finance lady, Kelly, was very sweet and helpful. More
