Bob listened to the things i was looking for and he and the finance guy Jason made it happen. Bob and the whole Zumbrota Ford family were very nice and courteous to me that whole morning. Bob promised i would drive off with a car that day and he did not fail me i drove off with a 2012 ford escape and i love it so i suggest and i do suggest everyone to call or even go on the website and check the inventory out because they are the greatest. We were only inquiring about what it would take to trade in our Fusion to get into something bigger since our family had grown after our purchase of the Fusion. We were not expecting to have our credit ran. We certainly did not expect to sit and wait around for an approval of a vehicle for four hours. We ended up leaving without trading in the Fusion. Tim went to bat though to get us into an affordable vehicle. Ten days after we had the Fusion serviced and discussed the options of trading it in, we were back to take a look at the vehicle Tim found on the "affordable for us" list. We were happy with it and were able to drive home in a three year newer SUV. We have been loving it more and more the more we drive it!! THANKS!! More

They got us into our dream car! We started our car search about a month before looking at Zumbrota Ford. We sent an email through the website and Raquel got back to us almost immediately and set up a time for us to come out and talk to a salesman and also helped us get all of the information we would need to get financing. This was great since we don't live in Zumbrota. We met with Chris Hayes who was great. He took us and let us know all about the car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions that we had about the car. Kelly did our financing and helped to push the process along so that way we could get everything done that day. In the end we walked away with the car we wanted at the monthly payment that we wanted.
