Amazing service. In June a went to Zumbrota Ford because I saw a car online that I was interested in. The car I had at the time was terrible and I needed something mor In June a went to Zumbrota Ford because I saw a car online that I was interested in. The car I had at the time was terrible and I needed something more reliable. Driving through the lot I found the car I was looking for and before I could get out of the car, Eric Ruthig was there to help me. We took the car for a test drive and after some negotiations, the new (used) car was mine. And they gave me $2000 for my car, and believe me it wasn't worth that. Several months later I was driving on I-90 and my engine blew. I was devastated. Not only didn't I have money for repairs, but I was still paying for the car. I had it towed back to Zumbrota Ford and they replaced the engine, and the exhaust system. What happened to the engine was nothing they would have detected in their evaluation of the car when they received it, so it wasn't their fault. I was hoping they would give me a deal on the repairs since it was less than 3 months (although we all know there isn't really a warranty for used vehicles). They went above and beyond. The repairs and parts were taken care of by Zumbrota Ford (and let me also say, the vehicle wasn't a Ford). I paid them nothing. Will I go back to them in the future? You bet I will. Above and beyond in every department We went in looking for a truck and not setting our hearts on due to uncertainty with how much we could get financed for. Our salesman, Tim, took my husband on a test drive and my husband fell in love!!!! We were there all afternoon with 3 little kids while they worked their butts off to get us into the truck. Tim kept us updated throughout the whole process and really made us feel like he cared. He is by far my favorite type of salesman, not pushy and very patient with us and our kids. We left as proud owners of a beautiful Toyota Tundra. Heidi, the finance lady who went through all of the paperwork with us was awesome to work with. Every person who was a part of us getting the truck was extremely helpful! I can't give enough praise or thanks to Tim and the amazing finance department!!! They really do care about the people they are working with and do what it takes to get you a newer, nicer car! PS: our truck came with custom fit carseat covers which they made sure we got even though we forgot them in our excitement the day we bought the truck. More
