Raquel in customer service was so friendly and she got me set up for a time to come in that would work for me to bring in my information and get me into a newer car. Once I got to the building I was showered with kindness and smiles. I immediately felt comfortable. The employees offered my family and I beverages and showed us around the building. Eric the dealer that we worked with directly was so nice. He communicated with us on a normal everyday kinda guy level. We laughed and joked about so many things. They broke down the process of how I would be getting into the perfect car for me. Even though I do have credit issues. Zumbrota Ford worked with me, I was truly in shock. They got me into the perfect Toyota Camry and we stayed within my budget. I couldn't be more excited about my experience with Zumbrota Ford.
