I have gotten in Feb this year a 2003 ford focus and was just bringing the ford in for a fall checkup on a fri and found Bob Chevalier and talked to h I have gotten in Feb this year a 2003 ford focus and was just bringing the ford in for a fall checkup on a fri and found Bob Chevalier and talked to him about how in Feb i wanted to try for brand new focus...well he told me that we will see what we can do today,,, i am like ok.... well i had to go to work after doing initial paperwork to see what i could do now only 8 mo after getting my first car in 4 years... i was at work when the phone call came and i was qualified for the 2015 ford focus!!! i was soooo excited... i had to go back sat morning and get my car!!! They made this possible. If werent for them i wouldnt be where i am now .... in a brand new ford focus! and loving it! anyhow they made it so simple and painless and easy to get into. I totally recommend them all the way! They are the greatest! More

Amazing Customer Service From the moment I started looking for a new vehicle I contacted Zumbrota Ford Inc and they were extremely helpful. Raquel in customer service was so f From the moment I started looking for a new vehicle I contacted Zumbrota Ford Inc and they were extremely helpful. Raquel in customer service was so friendly and she got me set up for a time to come in that would work for me to bring in my information and get me into a newer car. Once I got to the building I was showered with kindness and smiles. I immediately felt comfortable. The employees offered my family and I beverages and showed us around the building. Eric the dealer that we worked with directly was so nice. He communicated with us on a normal everyday kinda guy level. We laughed and joked about so many things. They broke down the process of how I would be getting into the perfect car for me. Even though I do have credit issues. Zumbrota Ford worked with me, I was truly in shock. They got me into the perfect Toyota Camry and we stayed within my budget. I couldn't be more excited about my experience with Zumbrota Ford.
