I expressed the need for a new car, and he spoke with Todd Fitzgibbons to make sure I was a happy customer. Todd then turned me over to Chris Hayes. I looked at a new car (2016 Fusion) with Chris. I then looked at pricing and trade-in. Once armed with the information, spoke with the wife and we decided to purchase the Fusion. There was never any pushy sales tactics. Everyone was there to cater to my needs. This is my second car purchased with Zumbrota Ford in three years. I have always felt at ease working with the Sales staff at this dealer. Chris did a great job with presentation and keeping the flow smooth. Kelly in Finance was a pleasure to work with too. The service department is second to none as well. Service after the sale is huge with me, and I have never been disappointed. Thank you Chris, Todd, Kelly, and Steve for making my car buying experiences pleasurable. P.S. Thank you for the 39" LED TV too!!! More

Best Service We were looking for either a Ford F150 or Chevy Silverado. Been looking for 2 weeks. I have to say Zumbrota Ford sales guy was the best I have ever found (this is to comparison with 8 other dealers). They were absolutely great about customer service and "dealer for the people". The sales person did everything to earn my business and I did go 40 miles out of my way to makes this deal.. So worth it and I HIGHLY recommend to everyone... you will find the vehicle you want.. they have great selection and so easy to work with... Can't wait to enjoy my new truck! More

Single mom with 3 kids needs a car :-) I went in there after making an appointment with Cameron over the phone not planning on buying a car. I figured I would be going in to get an idea of I went in there after making an appointment with Cameron over the phone not planning on buying a car. I figured I would be going in to get an idea of a DP amount and so forth. I had an idea of what I wanted, I was looking at the 2012 Dode Journey. After giving my app and providing all my information I was surprised to hear that though they couldn't get me into an SUV they could look at getting me into a couple different 07 models. After test driving one (the other had been wholesaled) Heidi comes out to tell me there is another offer.....a 2012 Dodge Journey. Heidi and Cameron worked their butts off to get me approved and sure as all get out they did. I walked out that day with a 2012 Journey with great payments and having a tiny DP taken out of my account on my payday the following Friday. I am a single mother of three that is new to this after a long marriage and at the age of 34 I can officially say that I have now bought my own car in my own name and Cameron and Heidi are the people who helped me do that. Through the tears and hugs I can honestly say that as long as I am in Minnesota I will NEVER go to another dealership for anything. The staff is amazing. You guys do not know how much you have helped me out. More
