Going the Extra Mile Was in having oil changed on my 2013 Focus and happened to speak with the owner (Steve Johnson). I expressed the need for a new car, and he spoke with Todd Fitzgibbons to make sure I was a happy customer. Todd then turned me over to Chris Hayes. I looked at a new car (2016 Fusion) with Chris. I then looked at pricing and trade-in. Once armed with the information, spoke with the wife and we decided to purchase the Fusion. There was never any pushy sales tactics. Everyone was there to cater to my needs. This is my second car purchased with Zumbrota Ford in three years. I have always felt at ease working with the Sales staff at this dealer. Chris did a great job with presentation and keeping the flow smooth. Kelly in Finance was a pleasure to work with too. The service department is second to none as well.
