purchases Little disappointed. We bought a van and was told that it would have head phones in it and it did not, when we asked Nick about it he said the van com Little disappointed. We were sent off the lot with almost a empty tank of gas as well. I am not sure if I would go back there again or not. I thought the customer was number one and should be taken care of. More

My new Ford Focus experience I went there to buy a used Chevy avd ended up with a brand new Ford. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I spent several hours there but it I went there to buy a used Chevy avd ended up with a brand new Ford. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I spent several hours there but it didnt seem like long at all and i was out the door with my new car. Didn't even have time for the book or knitting i brought. Amazing,outstanding,friendly,incredible After hearing the ads on the radio, and being referred by a friend, I decided to check out Zumbrota Ford. I'm overwhelmed that I did. Chris Hayes was After hearing the ads on the radio, and being referred by a friend, I decided to check out Zumbrota Ford. I'm overwhelmed that I did. Chris Hayes was fabulous. He made my nerves relax after being so nerved up over purchasing a new-used vehicle. Not to mention, looking for the best option for me from asking exactly what I was looking for to taking in what I really needed. Not only was Chris phenomenal so was Heidi Groves in the financial department. When I showed up I wanted a 2013 and she managed, after making called and diligently working hard, to get me a loan through Ford Motors for a 2016 Ford Escape. I even got to meet Steve Johnson! Like their slogan say "For the people" and they are. They all made my experience a very upbeat and at ease feeling. Absolutely No stress. I LOVE my new vehicle!!!!!!
