We went over to Zumbrota to look at a few SUV's we had seen online not expecting to actually purchase a new car. Andrew took me out for a test drive 25 minutes before closing which is a rare thing at any dealership, especially on a Saturday night. We had discussed my husband and I coming in Monday morning and work on getting an approval which was perfect for us. Between Andrew, Todd and Tim (who all stayed way late) we left there in our new-to-us Ford Explorer. We can't say enough about how wonderful this buying experience was. A HUGE thank you to Andrew, Todd and Tim (and his awesome wife Heidi) for going through the fantastic buying process with us again! More

Our first purchase took a few trips back and forth before we finally got an approval, but the staff never gave up! They told us to come back in 2 years and they would be able to get us in a brand new vehicle, well they weren't kidding! Two years later and we now have a brand new vehicle that is perfect for our family! And once again the staff was wonderful to deal with. The staff member that sold us our new car came in on his day off because it was the only day that worked for us, and the staff member that sold us our first car even popped in on his day off to say hi! More

Wow! Amazing! I drove 20 miles to Zumbrota Ford after being denied in Rochester by another dealership. I was totally not expecting much when I went to Zumbrota. I was going to look and get an overall idea of what my car would be worth to trade it in for. 4 hours later I drove home in my brand new (Like literally 8 miles new!) Ford Focus!!!!!! I still cannot believe they approved me! Thank you ERIC from the bottom of my heart for helping me out tonight! It was so tremendous the service and kindness that was shown me! Thank you for the delicious food as well! Thanks to Heidi and Tom and The other Broncos fan salesman (Chris) that was there! (I'm sorry if I get any names wrong!) And the owner as well! Simply Amazed! I hate shopping and REALLY hate car shopping, but it was time to treat myself to a new car. I worked with Drew, who listened carefully to my wishlist - mid to small crossover, black, sunroof, bells and whistles, and giddy-up. Wow did he deliver! He brought a new Ford Escape to my office as my schedule wasn't giving up any time to drive to Zumbrota. Once I admitted i loved the Escape, Drew and his team went to work to find it in black, to my specifications. He found EXACTLY what i asked for! Tim Groves worked out the appropriate financing option for me as well. When I arrived in Zumbrota to complete the purchase, Drew and the entire team (service, parts, etc) were very welcoming. I am looking to my first oil change so I can go back and visit. Definitely a double thumbs up and heartfelt recommendation to work with this team. All future car purchases for our household will go through Zumbrota Ford. More
