Best Used Car Buying Experience! I bought a 2013 Taurus SHO yesterday from Keenan Kolstad. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We did quite a bit dealing and I al I bought a 2013 Taurus SHO yesterday from Keenan Kolstad. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We did quite a bit dealing and I always felt like i was being respected and treated the way a customer should by Keenan and his sales manager Todd. It took a while to reach an agreement but at the end I feel like they treated me fair on my trade in and gave me a decent deal on the car. Keenan is a young man getting started in the car sales world and I think he is going to surpass anyone in the business if he keeps treating customers the way he treated me. I will refer all my friends and family to Keenan. I also would like to say their finance guy Tim Groves definitely was low pressure with the Finance Consultation. He searched many lenders and presented me with many offers. In the end my own financing was the best deal, however Tim never gave me attitude or tried persuading me to use the lenders he found. One person I think might possibly be overlooked quite a bit is Tim Brewer in service. He is a tire guru and definitely knows his business. Overall this was a great experience! Thank you guys, i love the car!! More

Scummy experience I was looking at one their vehicles which I thought was a little over priced so I brought up the same vehicle that had 20k less miles and was 1500 che I was looking at one their vehicles which I thought was a little over priced so I brought up the same vehicle that had 20k less miles and was 1500 cheaper to try and get them to lower the price which it they lowered it a few hundred bucks. I ended up saying I would not buy their vehicle and that I was going to keep looking. Turns out that the sales rep bought it over the phone knowing I was on my way to look at it. I was never made aware that Zumbrota Ford was going to buy the vehicle I told them about and bought a different vehicle with 20k more miles. I am very irritated that I lost out on the car I was going to buy (as long as it drove well), that they did not contact me that they were going to buy the vehicle I found, and that would have lost the option of buying the car from a different dealership. Very unhappy with my experience. I lost out on the car I was going to buy while they gained a great car at a very low cost. More
